This is a lovely activity to generate positive thinking. It is a little bit more fiddly than previously posted videos (well it was for me, at least!). These would make a lovely gift for Mother's or Father's day. But for us it is really important to come up with positive statements about yourself and then keep the pinwheel near your bed so that you can be reminded of your positive qualities every day.
There are various resources and sources of support for children, young people and adults produced by Greater Manchester Combined Authorities and the Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership. We've posted 2 below but please go to this website for much, much more.
This is a really quick activity that encourages reflection on kind thoughts towards others and self. The bubbles are imaginary but you could do the exercise with normal bubble wands.
